SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA—FM Global, one of the world’s largest commercial property insurers, has won a 2020 Mansfield Award for excellence in corporate property insurance claims service in the Australian market. The recognition marks the third year in a row that FM Global has received this award.

The annual Mansfield Awards for claims excellence are sponsored by Insurance News, LMI Group, iCare and Steadfast. Winners of the Mansfield Awards are calculated using official reports and surveys conducted by LMI Group, with results weighted so all insurers are viewed equally.
The 2020 award winners were determined based on a combination of data sources including surveys of brokers who rated insurers on their claims handling, including speed of service, proactivity, accuracy and fairness.
