Since 2024, Martin Klecha has been serving as Vice President and Head of Sales for Germany, Central, and Eastern Europe at FM in Frankfurt. Previously, he spent seven years at Allianz, four years as Head of Sales for the broker channel in Central Europe, and three years as a Board Member for Sales in Poland.
He began his career at Marsh, gaining nine years of experience in various roles across Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, and Turkey.
Martin Klecha holds an MBA from Cass Business School in London.
