JOHNSTON, R.I., USA, March 7, 2023 – Commercial property insurer FM Global, a leader in loss prevention and business continuity, today named three new leaders of North American operations. Rodrigo Diaz is now operations senior vice president, operations manager, Dallas operations; Danielle Harrison is operations senior vice president, operations manager, Washington, D.C., operations; and James O’Neill is operations senior vice president, Canada operations manager.
Rodrigo Diaz
Since joining FM Global in 2005, Rodrigo has served in a variety of roles, including senior account manager; assistant client service manager; area manager; regional senior vice president, regional manager, operations; and most recently, operations senior vice president, operations manager, Latin America.He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a CPCU professional designation.
Rodrigo will report to Lynette Schultheis, senior vice president, division manager, Western division.
Danielle Harrison
Danielle joined FM Global in 2001 as an underwriter and has held numerous positions in client service-related roles, including account manager, area manager, branch manager, and most recently, Philadelphia branch client service manager. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from Penn State University.
She will report to Dave Thoman, senior vice president, division manager, Eastern division.
James O’Neill
Having joined FM Global as a fire account engineer in 2002, James’ roles have included operations engineering manager, client service manager, and most recently, operations senior vice president, operations manager, Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
James will report to James O’Brien, senior vice president, Canada, and specialty industires division manager.
