JOHNSTON, R.I., USA—Sanjay Chawla, commercial and industrial property insurer FM Global’s chief investment officer, has been ranked among the 10 most influential corporate CIOs worldwide according to Chief Investment Officer (CIO), an industry-leading news website.
In naming its 2019’s “most innovative and influential corporate women and men,” CIO noted its top 20 corporate CIOs were also among its Power 100 list of asset owners who “have distinguished themselves in navigating a changing, and often perilous, market landscape.” The magazine bases its selections on innovation and influence, collaboration, talent development, investment fund size being managed and industry tenure.
Chawla joined FM Global as its chief investment officer in March 2018. Prior to that, he was vice president and chief investment officer at Raytheon Company.
