In this role, Broad will lead FM’s core insurance operations, which include underwriting; research and engineering; claims; data analytics and AI; and global client services, sales and marketing.

Johnell will oversee global client services, sales, broker relations, marketing and FM Global's business risk consulting group.

Rudnick most recently served as operations senior vice president, New York operations manager for FM Global.

Tadmoury will oversee operations for EMEA, Asia Pacific, Canada and specialty industries, and also be responsible for AFM, FM Global’s middle market insurance division.

The appointments bolster research and innovation, client services and people and culture, to ensure a continued growth journey whilst maintaining competitive advantage.

These three leaders will manage operations in Dallas, Washington D.C. and Canada.

Bryson was previously FM Global’s London operations manager.

Tadmoury was previously senior vice president and FM Global’s Asia Pacific division manager based in Singapore.

FM Global has promoted three of its seasoned leaders within the company to new APAC-based roles.

In her new role, Waters will lead a team of engineering experts focused on fortifying industrial and commercial properties against climate and structural risks.
